Toddler and Me yoga
Yoga can be so good not only for adults but for tots too! Did you know yoga can help toddlers develop mindfulness, learn body awareness AND learn self acceptance? This is a fun space for kids to learn how to stretch and breath in a fun flow designed with them in mind! Offered for ages 2-5
Each class is $10 per child and held the first Wednesday of every month @ 10am
Things to know

A yoga mat, your child and you. Yoga/ active wear encouraged. Only water allowed in space. Please also know space is limited -no strollers.

Each class is 45 minutes. We start off with light stretches, wiggle into fun dances and shimmy into a toddler yoga book. After that we work on poses seen in the book, then the kids practice savasana for 2 full minutes. Here they learn stillness and may want to climb on parent and that’s okay! Lastly we wrap up class with a sticker. (Please note: Classes change each time and we flo off the kids energy.)

1.) No biting, hitting or highly aggressive behavior towards other children.
2.) No snacks.
3.) No inappropriate language.
4.) Parents stay in class with kids AND try to participate.
5.) If your child has had a fever, cough or any other cold/flu like symptoms please stay home.
6.) Only one parent allowed during class.
7.) HAVE FUN!
